ResearchArk Community Guidelines
This community exists to help researchers, institutions, and innovators collaborate and succeed. To keep it productive and welcoming, we ask everyone to follow these guidelines.
Be Respectful
Treat every member with courtesy and respect. Disagreements are fine — personal attacks are not. We come from diverse backgrounds, disciplines, and countries.
Be Constructive
Share knowledge generously. When asking for help, provide context. When giving feedback, be specific and actionable. When reporting bugs, include steps to reproduce.
Stay On Topic
Post in the appropriate category. Use tags to help others find your content. If you’re unsure where something belongs, Getting Started or Community Lounge are good defaults.
No Spam or Self-Promotion
Sharing your research or relevant tools is welcome. Unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, or repetitive promotional posts are not.
Respect Privacy
Don’t share others’ personal information. Don’t post confidential research data. Be mindful of what you share publicly.
Use English
This is an English-language community. We welcome members from all countries and backgrounds.
Moderation
Our moderators are here to help. If you see something that violates these guidelines, flag it rather than engaging. We’ll handle it promptly.
Consequences
Violations may result in warnings, temporary mutes, or permanent bans depending on severity. We aim for education over punishment.
These guidelines may be updated as the community grows. Last updated: March 2026.
